Abstract: |
K2 Energy Solutions already produces a line of high power cylindrical cells that have found use in a number of Navy pulse power applications. We will adapt this existing cylindrical cell lithium iron phosphate technology to design and fabricate a large, 25Ah, hard-cased prismatic cell capable of matching or exceeding the high power capabilities and long calendar and cycle life achievable in small cylindrical cells. |
