Abstract: |
TPL believes that it can detonate an RPG in flight and after its setback switch has been armed. The destructive effects of shrapnel on an armored surface of should be significantly reduced or eliminated. As compared to the destructive effects that develop when the RPG shape charge is detonated at a specified distance from an armored surface. The RPG setback switch is armed approximately 25 meters from the launch site, this event occurs after both the main thrust rocket and radial jets have been ignited. |
