| Abstract: |
Research Analysis and Engineering (RAE) is pleased to offer a Phase 1 effort providing feasibility analysis, system architecture, and implementation planning for modeling the impact of technology transition on ship costs and operational capabilities. Our approach includes integration of existing technology transition tools with existing ship models and optimization algorithms to help the DD(X) program optimize performance based on extensible user-specified criteria. |
