This proposal adapts and demonstrates FTL Systems' COTS embedded supercomputer, StarStream, to provide the required capture, processing and network integration capability suitable for use with Navy signal acquisition, tracking and fusion applications at tens of TeraBits/second. Benefits: StarStream's early release program already involves three large US aerospace integrators along with tens of commercial customers interested in geo-prospecting, nanotechnology and lithography, electronic system design, electronic commercial, backbone network security and other applications where improved data ingest capability resulting from the proposed work has material economic value.
