| Abstract: |
C9 proposes to assess the performance of the current C/C friction materials for the lift fan clutch, evaluate other potential candidates including C/C ceramic doped to reduce morning sickness, C9 chopped molded C/SiOC material with an infinite ability to change friction modifiers and control density and non-woven reinforced oxidation resistant graphitic structure material like Aluminum Nitride. Testing is proposed in the 6 month option. |
