| Abstract: |
SA Photonics is please to propose the NeptuneLITE free space optical communication system for 3U CubeSat applications. NeptuneLITE allow high data rate communication between sensor satellites, relay satellites, and round terminals.
NeptuneLITE will all bi-directional east-east ring communication in a form factor of less than 1U. The system has SA Photonics wide angle beam director which will place minimal requirements on the orientation of the nanosat.. |

NeptuneLITE will provide over 2 Gb/s data rates at distances over 1000 km in a SWaP that is compatible with current space proven CubeSats. The system leverages SA Photonics FSO technology allowing the development of a prototype unit by the end of Phase II. |
