| Abstract: |
PVR has a patented technology for making much more efficient hydrokinetic turbines. The project involves adapting this technology to the needs of the Marines by engineering it to allow for portability, small size, lower weight, and easy installation in a riverbed or tidal area where other sources of energy offer much less energy density. |
