The Navy SBIR and STTR programs require electronic submission of Cover Sheets, Technical and Cost proposals, Company Commercialization Report, and project summary reports.
A proposing firm must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) located at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at orca.bpn.gov before the Navy can award a contract.

Summary Reports & Success Stories - The Navy requires that all Phase I and II awardees must submit an electronic summary of their work. (Not for OSD or MDA reports.)
Project Status and Final Reports - Refer to your contract which may have specific requirements you must follow.
